Chocolate Tootsie Roll Cookies

I could be wrong, don't let me get ahead of myself. But I think maybe, just maybe, I invented a new cookie. Surely someone has discovered this delicious combo before, but I scoured the internet and could find no trace. I'm usually somewhat of a cautious baker but we had a ton of tootsie rolls in the candy jar and I felt like branching out. The chocolate cookie recipe is from our Hershey's Cookbook and even though I'm a bit biased, it goes pretty darn well with tootsie rolls.
