Easy Cheesy Biscuit Bread
A couple nights ago I stumbled across this on Pinterest, and two hours later it was on our dinner table. Because, quite frankly, Pinterest runs my life. And as long as food like this is being made, Zach isn't complaining.
Ingredients:
1 can jumbo biscuits (we used Pillsbury Grands flakey layers)
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter
optional: bacon bits to sprinkle on top
Directions:
1.Cut biscuits into fourths.
2. Dip biscuits in melted butter and roll in cheese.
3. Stack in layers in a loaf pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
*I sprinkled 1 tablespoon bacon bits on with 5 minutes left to bake

It's so yummy right out of the oven...warm, cheesy, buttery, crispy around the edges yet soft and melt-in-your-mouthy on the inside. So simple yet so good. Hope you have a fabulous Saturday!
