There's something about the simple pairing of black & white that I've always loved; it's classic and never goes out of style. This leather skirt has been a staple in my wardrobe the last few months; I like dressing it down with flats for lunch with friends or up with heels for a night out. It's really comfy and good quality for the price. 

I've always been a hat girl, but I'm loving that felt hats are acceptable year round these days. There are so many styles for summer! Hats, when worn correctly, can really add to an outfit. I try and keep accessories to a minimum when wearing a hat, because they are a statement in and of themselves. I miss the days when Bear would willingly wear a hat, too! At least he'll still agree to a bow tie; I'll take what I can get.
