Hey, y'all! I'm finally getting around to a long overdue Instagram round-up for a lot of you that don't have/use liketoknow.it. Prepare yourselves for picture overload! And if by some miracle you make it through the next 18 images, there's some exciting news waiting at the bottom of this post! :)

Whew- I told you that was gonna be a lot of pictures! Thank you for sticking it out for the sake of some good news.
Last month, I was contacted by River Oaks Shopping Center to write an article for Houstonia Magazine. I was thrilled because I'm a huge fan of the magazine and love supporting local press! The article was to feature the top 10 spring trends and highlight stores/restaurants within River Oaks. I said yes, wrote the 750 word article, and it was published today! You can read it online here. Writing is my passion, right up there with fashion, so I'll take any excuse I can get to exercise that outlet. You guys KNOW- I ramble on here all the time!
My grandmothers would both be having a cow right now if they knew what I did tonight; if you watched my Instagram stories then you've already seen what I'm referring to. I found some white shorts on sale at Burlington today but they were plain jane and the style right now is all about distress- the more holes and rips, the better! So I used this trusty tutorial tonight to give the shorts a little added flair, and they came out pretty well if I do say so myself. I mean, it's hard to mess up cutting holes in your jeans...so it's nothing to brag about. But at least no-one was injured in the process.
Can you believe it's already March?! This year is already flying by! It feels like we were just having Christmas and now spring break is upon us. I hope this month is full of lots of happy moments for each of you!
