There are few things in life I love more than Taco Tuesday. The love started back in college when I became a huge fan of Rosas Cafe; my friends and I would go there several times a week to eat the best Mexican food on the cheap and we never missed a Taco Tuesday (where you could score 3 tacos & sides for $3.33). Sadly Houston doesn't have any Rosas but I still find a way to get tacos every Tuesday I possibly can and Bear is quickly becoming a fan, too. When I saw these adorable espadrilles from Amo Luz, I had to have them. They're every bit as comfy as they are cute and I was amazed at the quality when I first received them- they're extremely well made and the perfect every day shoe (not just Tuesdays!).

I've always gravitated toward espadrilles for their classic, timeless style as the perfect summer shoe. And this year seems to be the height of their popularity as the comfortable espadrille is everywhere! Amo Luz has the cutest styles you'll find anywhere- I shamelessly own four different designs they sell. You may remember this "coffee first" pair from my last post, and I'm dying to get these "travel addict" ones as soon as they become available. How great would those be for a long day of airport travel? Any excuse to take a trip and I'm in, even it's just a cute pair of shoes. :)

My dress in these photos is also a current favorite from the new Victoria Beckham line at Target which I'm obsessed with! Anyone else? This little gingham number is actually from the girl's section (wearing a size large for reference) and currently on sale. Now I just wish the line would cover boys too because I can't get enough of all the sweet mommy & me matching sets! Y'all know how much I love matching my little man, even if he couldn't care less about clothes or style. Bear is happiest in Star Wars pajama pants and a camouflage t-shirt. Zach and I laugh and call him our little redneck Han Solo. Pretty sure Victoria Beckham doesn't have any plans of coming out with similar designs anytime in the near future (or ever).

Hope your week is off to a great start! I'm currently sitting outside at Starbucks, enjoying this glorious 75 degree weather with my good girlfriend Dede. We're right by the Galleria which can only mean one thing- as soon as I shut the laptop I'm going shopping.
