boone's dino birthday
On February 22nd, we celebrated our little two-a-saurus at his favorite park. We kept it a small but meaningful celebration with family, neighbors, and close friends. Sharing lots of photos and details below!
About a week before the party, I mentioned on Instagram that I’d done nothing for Boone’s birthday party. I promised myself I would just relax, enjoy the party, and not worry about making anything Pinterest-worthy. But then I got a message from my neighbor, Meghan, who owns an Event & Design company and everything changed. I let Meghan take the reins and she did everything. It was so nice not to have to worry about all the little details yet still provide a cute party for Boone. No mom guilt, no stress. Win/win!
A little info about Makzi Designs, Meghan’s company, in case you’re hosting an event (when this all passes) and would like some help. Meghan is so talented and can do anything to meet your needs! Some info:

This post isn’t sponsored at all; I just love supporting small businesses, and especially ones that I know and have used/loved myself.
I told Meghan to keep things simple since I knew it would be difficult to do a lot at the park, and we were so happy with the end result. Boone enjoyed his party so much and didn’t want it to end! Family came back over to the house afterwards and we kept the celebrating going all day (technically all week). Thank you to everyone who helped us celebrate our little dino!
