Stamped Peanut Butter Cookies
Zach and I have been craving peanut butter cookies for weeks now. We found this recipe on Cooks.com and had to give it a try; we are suckers for anything involving Eagle Brand milk. We could seriously chug the stuff.
I saw on Pinterest (where else?) a while back where a lady stamped her cookies and thought I'd give ours a little Halloween twist. These stamps were $1 each at Michaels and easy to use, but unfortunately the "Trick or Treat" cookies didn't turn out very legible. I would recommend sticking to simple shapes rather than words if you decide to try this. We had fun and the cookies turned out delicious, so all is well in the Fullwood house.

Ingredients:
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
granulated sugar
Directions:3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
granulated sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, beat milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add Bisquick and vanilla; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not overbake. Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
We made a few without stamping, too. Zach told me he likes his "forked", so that's what I served up. Good wifey points are adding up quickly....
