A few weeks ago, Bear and I headed to Galveston with our good friends Aimey and Aria and Zach's Mom, Lisa. We had so much fun on The Strand and at Stewart Beach! Bear and Aria especially loved it; they were mini beach bums.

We've been to several beaches in Galveston, and Stewart is our favorite that we've tried. Parking is $8 and an umbrella/chair rental is $35, but it's worth it to have a place to camp out and the beach isn't too terribly crowded. There also doesn't seem to be as much seaweed as there is in spots along the seawall. The water was nice and warm, too, so naturally we couldn't get the little ones out of it!
