Happy Hump Day, loves!

I've partnered up with Charming Charlie to share details on how to find the perfect sunglasses for your face. I'm not one to splurge on expensive sunglasses, mostly because I'm always throwing them in my purse on the go and because Bear likes to destroy delicate things. Charming Charlie has great quality sunnies for the right price; you can score 2 pair for just $15. I was in the store yesterday and they have so many cute pair, there's no way I could only pick 2. As long as you buy the right sunglasses for your particular face shape and skin tone, no-one will ever know they aren't a high dollar designer pair.

The first step to buying sunglasses is figuring out your face shape. There are four main shapes: oval, square, heart, and round (see chart below). I have a heart face shape, so I gravitate toward cat-eye and aviator sunglasses because they're most flattering on my face. The trick is finding a pair that balances out your face and plays up your best features.

Once you've figured that out, take a look at your skin tone to decide if you have warm or cool undertones (see chart below). I have warm undertones, so I typically buy lenses with an amber tint. It's funny though; in the winter, when I'm extremely pale, I look better in cool-toned lenses. So this might change for you seasonally, as well. All the more reason to stock up on sunnies!

I hope you found this helpful the next time you're sunglass shopping! Bear and I just made a Sonic run and he's gonna eat all my fries if I don't go take over the situation. Hope you're all having a great week!
